These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Boh mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Provider

2. Service description

The App allows users to generate weekly meal plans and shopping lists. Some features are offered free of charge, while advanced features require a paid subscription.

3. Account and access

To use the App, you must create an account using your email or third-party login providers (Apple, Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities performed under your account.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The App offers a freemium model with optional subscriptions: a monthly subscription (€2.99) and an annual subscription (€29.99). Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to the terms and payment policies of those platforms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are managed exclusively according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. Termination and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual property

All content within the App (including recipes, texts, graphics, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute such content without our written consent.

8. Health disclaimer

The App provides recipes and meal planning suggestions for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet. We disclaim all responsibility for health outcomes related to the use of the App.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or related to your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

10. Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the App with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of your place of residence, if you are a consumer in Italy. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Rome, Italy.
